Summer Classical Music Series: Martin Gueorguiev & Jessica Wu

Martin Gueorguiev is a founding member of the acclaimed Balkan Quartet, performing as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe and the United States — from Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage to the Spoleto Music Festival in Charleston. A Doctor of Music and Artist-Affiliate at Oxford College of Emory University, Martin has performed concertos with the Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra and appeared at festivals including Sarasota, Musicorda, and the South Carolina Chamber Music Festival.

Jessica Shuang Wu is a founding member of the Vega String Quartet, Quartet-in-Residence at Emory University, with performances spanning Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Vienna's Musikverein, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and the Museum d'Orsay in Paris. An established concert artist praised by The New York Times and the Los Angeles Times, she collaborates regularly with many of today's leading classical artists.
